“My app had only 1 security issue in Lovable's dashboard. When I moved it to my own Supabase, it showed 96 critical errors.”

The wall of pain
Real founders, real threads. This is what the Lovable ceiling sounds like—and every one of these is a finding our audit catches.
“181 of the 183 apps I scanned had at least one security finding. That key bypasses RLS entirely—if it's in the browser bundle, your database is open.”
“We were able to change our profile permissions into an admin in less than 30 minutes.”
“I found over 2 million user profiles exposed. Don't trust AI with security.”
“the auth logic was literally backwards — it blocked logged-in users.”
“I am scared to death of losing customer data once this thing goes real-world.”
“It worked great until 1,000 users. Suddenly everything slowed down. Pages took 30+ seconds to load. Users started complaining.”
“Then real users showed up. And everything I never built started breaking. Auth flows leaked data because RLS was never set up. Errors piled up silently.”
“vibe coded apps work great with 5 users, then something starts breaking around user 50, and by user 500 the founder is in panic mode in my DMs.”
“A single browser tab got stuck in a reload/re-render loop… 3M+ requests, ~$4,000 in charges. What caught me off guard was how fast it happened.”
“When a bug happens, I can't fix it myself. I have to 'pay' the AI to fix it.”
“I got off a call with a founder whose login queue was 4 minutes long. He thought it was a feature until users started tweeting screenshots of the spinner.”
“you can vibe-code fast, but you can't scale spaghetti.”
“when I ask it to add something, it breaks something else… I've spent more credits fixing things than building new ones.”
“Because I was using their hosted Supabase instance, I have zero access to my 12GB of proprietary data. It's hostage.”
“Every new feature breaks two old ones. Deployment keeps breaking every time.”
“They can't hire a developer because no developer wants to touch it.”
“I got to about $4k a month revenue and hired someone to migrate it off Lovable and clean it up. Last month it hit $31k revenue.”
What do you get?
Five minutes now saves you from finding out the hard way.
“Is my users' data actually safe?”
“What breaks when real users show up?”
“What is this costing me — and will it get worse?”
“Your whole app on one page — and a way out.”
“Clear findings, and what to do next.”
Is it safe to connect my code?
How access, data handling and audit coverage work.
Is it safe to connect my GitHub repository to the audit?
You choose which repository supplies the audit. GitHub connects through Composio, and the repository picker can list other repositories available to that connection. Selecting a repository for the audit does not narrow the provider's permissions, so review the authorization screen before connecting.
What permissions does the GitHub connection use?
The permissions shown during GitHub authorization govern the connection. Fulcrum uses your selected repository for source review and reviewed read-only operations for provider evidence. You can disconnect it from Account or manage its authorization in GitHub.
Do you store or keep my code after the audit?
Yes. Source snapshots and audit artifacts are retained to run and support the audit. Where audit deletion is available, the interface displays its progress or any failure. Contact us to request deletion if you cannot access that action. Deletion of Fulcrum's stored audit data is complete only when the workflow verifies it.
Will my code be used to train AI models?
Your audit sends source and selected evidence to external AI services. The current setup does not enforce a zero-retention or no-training policy at the provider. We cannot promise that providers will not retain that material or use it for training.
Do you need access to my database or Supabase?
Database access is optional. Without it, the audit uses source evidence and records unknowns where live database facts are needed. A supported connection can add evidence through reviewed read-only checks, but it does not guarantee that every database check can run. Review the connection permissions before authorizing it.
Will running the audit affect my live app or my users?
Source analysis uses a retained copy of your code. If you enable visual testing, the browser visits the app URL you authorize and may sign in with the credentials you supply. The browser uses navigation and inspection controls, and reports blocked steps or coverage limits. These visits can appear in your app's traffic and access logs.
Can I run the audit without giving code access?
The full audit needs a source snapshot. You can connect GitHub or upload a ZIP archive if you prefer not to grant a provider connection. Optional integrations and visual testing can be skipped, with the resulting coverage limits shown in the report.
